It's kind of a big commitment to grow a mustache for the HOBO Mustache Contest. Except for the few documented cases of growing a stand-alone 'stache from the beginning, most of us grow beards. But when it comes time to shave off that beard in favor of a moustache, it's a little intimidating. Besides trying to figure where your mustache will begin and end, there's also the separation anxiety. Over the course of a month or three you can become pretty attached to your beard.

Anyway, while doing my bi-weekly research of moustaches on the interweb, I stumbled upon this video. It basically sums up the emotions a person can go through when they ditch the beard and don the 'stache.
