And if you don't have a MySpace account yet, then what the hell is wrong with you? Everybody's doing it. It's like totally the coolest.

I've now added a menu item in the top menu for Links. In this is listed all of the HOBO MySpace Pages, HOBO Websites/Blogs/Moblogs, and even a listing of HOBO Friendly businesses and organizations. Now, everyone will be able to find any HOBO related site and we don't need to append our web addresses to our comments.

There is no change of heart. The comments area is a place to add substance to the actual post, not a place to pimp your blog.
I always was planning some type of area where we could feature other links related to HOBO, it just hadn't come to fruition yet. If you really wanted a place like that sooner you should have suggested it. This is not my site, this is the HOBO Communities site. Suggestions are taken from everyone.
Plus, you already had a place to show your blog. In your profile there is an area to add a link to a website. This should be enough for anyone. HOBOSWALK.com is not about self promotion. It is about spreading the HOBO way.

Now that you have a place where your blog will be linked and people will be able to see it, the poopsex filter will be removed.

here i was trying to be the bigger man, and you have to yet again delve into personal attacks...to clarify my point:
I have many times on my blog linked to the hobo site, I didn't see the big deal in my past comments leaving a link to my blog in order for people who may not know about it to check it out. I didn't think I was doing shameless plugs...as they were at the end of a relavent comment. I feel that cross "advertising" can only be a good thing, mutually beneficial to both parties. Obiviously Show does not agree. I will end my comments on the subject and hold my future views to my blog.
on a side note,
this mean war my friend...one that you have lost in the past...the blog wars were decidedly won by me, if you remember correctly. You will go down former Showstoppa....for this will be one show you cannot stop.

Yeah, guys, seriously shut up. Damn. Gregas has a point. If you two wanna make out and talk about your blogs and spamming and crap, do it somewhere else. I like opening up the homepage to see that posts have new comments about the topic, only to tune into the page and read you two bickering about shameless self promotion of your blogs and what not. If I have to keep reading this stuff on here, I will stop contributing to the site altogether.
I agree with JJ and Gregas, I look forward to seeing messages on here that Promote HOBO activities, talk about past moments, or whatever. Self promotion on the HOBO website needs to stop, I come to this site to read about us as a group. We do not care whose "blog" is better than the others so just keep this nonsense to yourself.
