Copyright Infringement?

I just came across this site via the blog "Stuff White People Like." I'm wondering if we need to get Attorney Cheeks Daddy involved. I'm feeling this may be copyright infringement... Or should we rack it up as "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery?"
