I am not pestering, I am just curious what the ETA is on some of those videos. I am dying to see the field events. Any idea?
Show hasn't even STARTED yet. I think we need to pull him from the project. The original goal was Thanksgiving....he's too busy watching the View.
I'm not sure when the final product will be complete. I'll try to get some "highlights" out soon. Maybe I'll make a little teaser for a full video. I don't like to go half-assed on something like this, so I have to make sure I have everything prepared. I'm not going to rush a subpar product out, but I'll try to get something out to whet your appetitie for HOBO videos.
you need to get it done...you've already had 2+ months and have yet to start. You have no excuse not to have this done by Thanksgiving.

that is an excuse...why shouldnt it be done by Thanksgiving....if I had the film, I'd guarentee that it would be done by Thanksgiving...I wouldnt give some half assed response like...."it'll get done when i want to get it done" Weak at best...downright shameful at worst.
I think something must be eating Gilbert Grape, and Reuben. Are things ok at home? Maybe you're just thirsty for PBR. You might have to wait till Thanksgiving for that too. I'll be growing out a mustache as best I can. You and me. Dueling 'staches. and if you lose, maybe YOU'LL have to supply the brews.

Ruppe, settle down my friend. Yes, Show has had lots of time to complete it. He still has 2 months until turkey day. So whether he has it done now or the week before, what does it matter. I know you want to see some of it, just like me and most likely the rest of the Hobos, but patience young padawan. Me and Show had a little pow-wow yesterday about options for the film. Since I got a fast, kick ass computer a couple weeks ago, I am willing to look through some of the clips as will Show. We will edit them as we need as well as add things in there. The ideas I have in my head are to do some minor voice-overs for some parts, like a commentary. I know a while ago, me and Hugo Dueceman were thinking of a yooper style commentary done in the style of Bob and Doug McKenzie. That is another option. I am also dabbling again in Flash animation and might put a couple of small clips together in that as some transition effects. Since I have never edited video on my computer, it will be a learning process. Gregas did an amazing job on the 2003 poker run. I dont want to have this video be any less than what he did. If anyone has reasonable suggestions, please pass them along. I have yet to see any footage from it, but we can all toss in ideas. Hobos contribute.
